Product Overview

When a load is measured in hundreds of tons, conventional moving methods become slow and risky. Air caster platforms replace skidding, rails and crane lifts with a controlled air film system that carries the load evenly and moves it in any direction on a prepared floor.

Each platform is engineered for the specific project: load weight, equipment dimensions, travel route, turning requirement, floor capacity and required final positioning accuracy. Platforms can be delivered as a single unit or as a modular system that is assembled on site.

Floor Requirements

Air casters require a smooth, flat and sealed floor with gaps no larger than 3 mm. Epoxy-coated concrete, polished concrete and steel plate flooring are recommended. Rough, cracked or unsealed surfaces prevent the air film from forming and must be prepared before installation. We review your floor condition and provide preparation guidance before quotation.
