Buying air casters alone is rarely enough. The air film depends on stable pressure and adequate flow at every module, which means the compressor, control console, manifold and hose management all have to be sized together.
We supply the complete system as a package: casters, air supply, control console, hose reel, couplings and spare parts. The system is tested together before shipment and delivered with a commissioning video.

System composition is sized to the air caster quantity, travel distance and duty cycle.
Air casters require a smooth, flat and sealed floor with gaps no larger than 3 mm. Epoxy-coated concrete, polished concrete and steel plate flooring are recommended. Rough, cracked or unsealed surfaces prevent the air film from forming and must be prepared before installation. We review your floor condition and provide preparation guidance before quotation.
